1. Purpose and Scope

GetAppPronto offers a boilerplate codebase for developers, designed to accelerate app development. Access is granted upon payment via a private GitHub repository invite. By purchasing or accessing GetAppPronto, you agree to these terms.

2. License and Access

Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the boilerplate for personal or internal business projects. Redistribution, resale, sublicensing, or public open-sourcing of the code is strictly prohibited without written permission.

3. Privacy

We collect your email address and GitHub username solely for providing access and support. We do not share your data with third parties, except as required to facilitate the service (e.g., GitHub).

4. Fair Use

You agree to use GetAppPronto in accordance with all applicable laws. GetAppPronto is not liable for any legal issues arising from how you use or deploy the code.

5. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds once access to the GitHub repository has been granted. Please review product details before purchase. If you encounter technical issues, reach out to support for help.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to revoke access in cases of license violations (e.g., unauthorized distribution). Termination of access does not entitle you to a refund.

7. Disclaimer

GetAppPronto is provided "as is." While we strive for quality and usefulness, we do not guarantee fitness for a particular purpose or that the codebase will be free of bugs or suitable for production without modifications.
